Payment and Attendance Policies:
• Make checks out to “Northwest Worship Academy”, or “Joel Harris”. Please pay for the entire month’s lessons at the first lesson of the month.
• Tuition reserves a slot on the teacher’s schedule whether or not the student attends the lesson. Attendance is the responsibility of the student and the family. There are no credits or refunds for missed lessons. Makeup lessons are not guaranteed, and are limited to one per quarter. If I am out of town or have to cancel a lesson, you will not be billed for the lesson.
• Late Fee – There is a $5 per month late fee on amounts remaining unpaid after the 20th of the month.
• Enrollment Fee – There is a $20 yearly enrollment fee per student that covers the cost of the music binder, music library materials, practice awards, and recital expenses and is due when the student enrolls.
• Discontinuation – Students enroll for the entire semester. A four week paid notice is required when stopping lessons. The enrollment fee is non-refundable.
• Bi-Weekly Lessons – Some families opt for bi-weekly lessons (i.e., every other week). These will not fall consistently on the 1st and 3rd weeks, nor the 2nd and 4th of each month. They simply continue every other week. Example: If January has 5 Wednesdays, your lessons may be on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays in January, but on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays in February.
